Some optional preferences can streamline the workflow by automatically filling in or setting options in the object’s UI with information entered by the user in the Preferences dialog. In the Preferences dialog, select the NONMEM in the menu tree.Įnter the path to the batch file in the first field. Or click Browse to locate and select the file/directory.Ĭlick Test to make sure the correct file is selected. There is a Development Environment section available on the preference pages. When the development environment is defined in this section, users can access that environment from the NONMEM object’s Options tab with the Start button. ![]() This allows users to edit scripts in other specified environments, and then pull the updated scripts back into Phoenix, at which time, the script can be executed from Phoenix and the output processed through the normal Phoenix workflow.
